Lotus Notes Calendar Sync Issues - HELP

Of course my work uses Lotus Notes. I set up HTC Sync and had no problems syncing my contacts and Calendar the first time. Took a while, but it completed.

Since, I have not been able to sync my calendar, the computer says it's syncing (ran all night one time) but the phone says failed, eventually. The contact sync still works, but not the calendar. A co-worker has had no issues. We both have the new HTC incredible.

I've reinstalled HTC on my laptop, still no luck.

Any suggestions? Really like having my calendar on the phone.

I use this to sync my Notes calendar with Google calendar using lotus webmail, and it's working pretty well.
