Galaxy S5 voice message password retrieval

I just upgraded from my Dx to the S5. It appears that my voice message password is gone & thought everything got transferred over. When I type the password I had on the Dx, it's not valid on the new phone.
How do I reset the password for voice messages?

Is it just plain voice mail or are you using a visual voice mail setup? Either way, I'm pretty sure you will have to contact your carrier to have them reset it for you. It should only take them a minute or two.

It's plain voicemail.

Try logging into your VM account and change the password.
