you can't "open" it.....
i'm guessing when you open dolphin browser it just recognizes that you have it?

as for my taste i love to have it when i need it but most of the time i like to keep off cause da way my browser runs a bit more faster n smooth.

You got it, and when a video opens, that is what it is. Many games etc require it to work. Animations etc. sort of thing.
