Ok, I was hoping to move to the MOTOT X and have this device work with my Flex, but looks like it's still lagging behind like every other device. Apparently, if Motorola would just update the BT libraries it would work flawlessly.

Funny thing is though, if I place the phone over the Flex while NFC is turned on, it opens the Fitbit app. That's sort of neat. I wonder if it's just this device or if it's a common thing with bluetooth devices?

Strange. I just sat my phone on my Flex and it started syncing. Motorola must have updated the BT 4.0 libraries to get it working now!

Just an FYI for those finding this thread: when pairing under the BT menu, you will not see it pair, but try to see if it syncs when opening the app. Mine didn't look like it did anything but it is paired.
