File transfer by USB cable. Is it possible?

I'm using a corporate computer that won't allow me to install anything myself. The computer techies in India need to remote install everything. It also has to be on the approved list. That eliminates using the USB drivers from Samsung. Is there a setting in the phone to make it act like a USB drive like I did with my Note 5?

you will need to install drivers if you want to transfer between the phone and the computer. It is usually automatic the first time you plug in the phone. Your note 5 did install drivers for it to work.

I got that screen and made that selection but the Windows Explorer showed the phone without any content. I contacted IT. Perhaps they'll remote-install drivers. Thanks for the help guys.
