File for Retrieving Contacts via USB connection

I have a broken led screen on my Razr maxx. I had been saving contacts under the backup assistant rather than google. After I had shattered my screen I thought I transferred all of my information to my PC using backup assistant. I don't think it worked right and now my screen is dead. I can access the internal memory via usb cord. What file am I looking for that would store all my contacts?

If I cant find that file, what are my options? I have seen CellBrite at a Verizon store mentioned in other threads. Is that viable?
