Duplicate Icons on application screen

Does anyone know how to remove duplcate icons from the pull up application screen?

I'd like to know this as well. The only one that is being duplicated for me is kwaak3 (Quake 3 Emulator)

I've seen this once before on mine and a reboot cleared it up.

I rebooted - turned off phone and waited 2 minutes. The duplicated icon disappeared

Are they all duplicated or just certain apps? e.g. If you have both 2.0.1 and 2.1 Gallery installed then you will have two Gallery icons. The only way to remove one would be to uninstall the app you don't want (you must be rooted to get rid of any stock 2.0.1 apps).
