DROID2 w/gingerbread

Just got a d2 with 2.3.3 on it but it's not rooted I've tried everything don't know what to do. Anyone have this issue and or a solution?

If your trying to go back to stock or any froyo based rom for that matter you will need to flash an sbf

Tried using rsdlite 4.9 and I get an error while trying to flash.

Make sure you run as administrator if your on windows. Its easiest with linux considering its just a few terminal commands. Also if your using windows make sure you have the correct drivers installed

Once it goes into the bootloader screen it gives an error
