That k9 mail app works great aminaked, thanks! I did notice though that I was unable to set up exchange on it though.

Frikkin' exchange. There's another app called touchdown that supposedly works with exchange. Haven't tried it myself...I avoid microsoft whenever possible.

Yeah, that touchdown is like $20 or so. I wish I could get the old email app that I had on my regular Droid. It just worked.

Lookin for an e-mail ap myself maybe i'll try K9

I love that BLack glass myself but my X is not even 24 hrs old
and i'm new to the DROID not sure yet if I want to root.
