Droid X app space

Now... the big question... since I have Apps2SD installed on my Droid and use way more than the standard size for apps...

The 8GB that comes built in to the Droid X... is that the default install share for all apps and app data that can be used out of the box? or is it like the incredible where the extra memory is useless without froyo?

I found the answer. The full amount will be available to install apps on. It won't be like on the incredible.

I believe it ends up being about 6.5gb available for apps.

I read a pretty in-depth review yesterday that states the internal 8GB will be for apps, and apps only. Also stated the external card would be available for apps also.

That's fine we know there are other Droid forums out there. I link them myself from time to time.

Yep, there's 6.5gb available for apps. Unfortunately you can't use that same space for pics, videos, etc.
