So, when I plug in the cord and mount the device, nothing shows up. I go to "Computer" and there isn't a drive for it, but I did find that it was connected when I went to "Devices and Printers" and I tried to browse the files, but it was shaded with gray. I've tried different USB drives and I have tried different USB cords. I haven't tried it on a different computer yet.
Any suggestions?
