I have a Droid razr zt912 it's no longer activated. I can't remember the password to unlock the screen. I was wondering if there is a way to get my pictures and videos off the phone while it's locked not all them saved to my SD card. Thank you

Welcome to the forum! Depending on whether you have it set up with a pin or password, you should be able to do a password reset, but it may be different on your Moto device. If that doesn't work, simply take it to your carrier and they can easily unlock it for you. (Doesn't matter if it's activated or not) Don't forget your ID because you'll need to prove the device is yours.
