Droid Razr Maxx still stuck on 4.0.4

Droid Razr Maxx still stuck at 4.0.4 and after hard resets and power cycles still won't update. Contacted Motorola and they pushed updates to my phone 2 times. Never got them. When trying to update manually through about phone get the message phone is up to date. Phone is all stock to my knowledge.

Have you tried using one of the Utilities to manually do it? Droid RAZR Hacks..Stickies section. I'd use the link below. It has a YouTube video that will walk you through the utility. All you need to do is is option 1. This will get you to 4.1.2.
