So I have this here Droid 2 Global and have quite a few questions as for how to go about rooting and loading ROMs.

I got the Liberty ROM already, and have the DoRoot program for Droid 2.
First: Does DoRoot work for the Droid 2 Global as well, or no?
Second: Liberty says I need Koush's bootstrap loader. On the website, the free download link is broken and at the moment I do not have ANY money at all, if I did, I would just get it from the market. If someone could direct me to a working free download (for now, I'll get the donate version later.) That would be great.

And third: Can anyone else think of something I have to do? Aside from backing up the original.

1. I think, but just use z4root, its idiot proof.

2. No idea where you can get it for free.

3. back up apps using titanium back up, but you need the pro version that costs..

Go cut some ones grass or soemthing to make the $10 needed for these apps.

A marvel idea, but I live in the city, :p I guess I'll just have to wait until one of my job applications turns up a positive
