Don't know what phone to get???!!!

My Bionic went bad on me a few weeks ago and I had the insurance plan through Best Buy. I was told the phone is not repairable and I can pick up a new equivalent phone. I just don't know which phone to pick? I'm debating between the latest Razr or the S3. Any advice or opinions would be appreciated.

For me it's not a close call: had Droid 1, Droid X, Galaxy Nexus and-now-GS lll. S3 far superior with better radios, screen and battery life. With the Nexus there was always promise of improvements with updates, e.g., JellyBean. Didn't do much for me.

I'm aware of claims that with rooting, flashing, etc., that the Nexus became a monster with rock solid radios. Can't dispute but I remain a bit skeptical. If that's the case Samsung and Google are sending out inferior updates.
