I've got the extended battery. It wasn't too cheap but it was definitely worth it!

I'd go for the extended battery, but I'm not too crazy about the thickness it adds. I'm hoping a decent extended battery that fits the stock back shows up at some point. My stock battery is doing OK for now, but gets really hot at times and usually is dead at about the 12-13 hour point with only sporadic 4G usage during the day and all wifi/networks off while I'm working during the day.
