Dolphin Browser Malicious?!??

I noticed today when I saw there was an update for Dolphin, they said to uninstall and reinstall, rather than update. Since I don't use it (xScope is what I use) I uninstalled it. I may reinstall it later, but not for now.

So, do we know what the 'parts' are that are left after an uninstall? Is there a cleanup method or at least a list?
