So a little background. At my job, we send out our sales numbers every 3 hours to a list of people who need to know (district managers, store managers and select assistant managers). The problem is that we are in a high turnover industry and our list is constantly changing and we have a hard time ensuring that only the right people are on the list. I was looking for a way that everyone could send an email to a single address, and then that address would send out the email to everyone else. That way, a select person or people could administer the mailing list and keep it up to date. I know that GMail does not natively support this and unfortunately our list is larger than the 20 filters allowed in GMail. I would use Outlook, but that requires the program to be constantly running and that's not something that I can guarantee. What I am looking for is an online option that does what outlook does (forwards emails based on subject title) that would be easy to manage. If anyone has any ideas, they would be appreciated.
