I am having a problem with my display. After a few days the display or background picture starts to get grainy. It does this with the backgrounds that came with the phone and ones that I have added. Verizon saw the problem and had me call tech support. They told me they only replace the Razr if there is a mechanical issue not software issues. Any ideas?
