Did I screw up my phone

Earlier today I rooted my phone. Everything went great.

Tonight I was having some problems with the keyboard. Some of the letters weren't working and I the calibration didn't work.

Anyway, I booted into HBOOT and selected "Factory Reset". Now my Incredible has the black screen with white bars. I don't know if I should just pull the battery, or try to shut it off, or what. I don't know if I screwed up my phone.

ok, I pulled the battery and got my phone back. This still hasn't corrected my keyboard issue. I may just take the phone down to the local Verizon store and talk to them about the keyboard. However I am going to have to UNROOT my device first.

BTW, the keyboard won't let me use the T, G, or V. It totally skips those letters even after doing the calibration.

The black screen with white bars problem is because you have an SLCD device. Follow these directions to fix the problem:
I rooted and now I only see a black screen with white bars in recovery.
