Incredible not booting

Help! I powered down my phone at work earlier tonight, and now it will not reboot or power up at all. I have plugged it in to the wall and a computer since, but there has been no response since shutting down.
It is rooted and was running Virtuous 3.1 but have had no issues with that, just a blown speaker. Can anyone help? It won't even boot the hboot reloader/white screen.

Did you try battery pulling then tuning it on?

yeah, I pulled the battery and still no reaction.

update: After charging for a little while, I pulled the battery and re-installed it then pushed the power button with the cover off and it finally came back on. So thank you, perhaps I panicked too soon.
