Deleting CWM backups

How do you delete old backups made in CWM recovery? Where are the files stored?

They are stored in clockworkmod > back ups and can be deleted if you use a file manager.

You can delete them in rom manager by scrolling down and selecting the "manage backups" option. When you click on a backup, it gives you the option to delete them.
