I definitely prefer Motorola devices over past Samsung/HTC phones, but I've tested the HTC Inc 2 and it was a great device. I've yet to test a Samsung phone, but the reviews for the GSII are pretty awesome, I do hate the physical button on it though, really does hurt the chances I'll buy it.
