Epic Unleashed 2.5 there seemed to be a decent amount of guidance. Said to root, which i had previously done, reboot clockwordmod recovery, wipe data and the cache and to mount system. Battery died and now I cant really do anything.

After I started the flash. The phone can boot to recovery and says ok to program

So you charged your battery? Do a factory reset, attempt to boot, then reflash the ROM from recovery unless it's stock recovery if it won't boot.

Were you trying to flash the SBF from recovery or the bootloader?

its stock bootloader so i cant reflash the rom and ive done all these things already

You mean stock recovery. Pull the SD card, back up everything that's on it, format it, and take it into Verizon at this point. RSD Lite and the SBF you have are the only tools we have when you're at this point. You soft-bricked it.

Never flash with less than 70% battery.

Oh, and technically what you're doing by doing that is fraud, so don't make a habit of it, and hope they don't find something on there to prove you rooted or they'll charge you the full retail value of the Droid 2 Global.
