CRAP I think I broke my phone HELP

I have a 1 Gen. DX and I am running ROM Liberty. I was trying to change the theme in Liberty. I cannot remember the theme I was trying to download but whenever it finished, it made me restart my phone. Well now it turns on but doesnt turn all the way on. It gets to the lock screen but turns black and then flashes every 5 seconds and then turns black again. I tried to hold down the home button and power button to get the the reboot screen but just the triangle with exclamation point and green android just shows up. What Do i need to do?

You should post in the section i linked for you, its where there are other users with the same phone as yours and the same Rom...
