Since you didn't tell us what your android phone is exactly I'm a little uncertain about what you are talking about.

There is an app called Android to Cloud, and what that does is it will load a page on your Chrome browser that you have currently on your Droid. It's a free paid application, I use the donate one. Perhaps you installed it and don't remember?

Other then that I'm not sure what you are describing. Again it would be helpful to know what phone you are talking about.

When i go to running applications it has cloud to device messaging just wondering is it normal.
