Changing App order??

Is it possible to change the arrangement of App. I don't want to move them on my home screen, I just want move some common ones on my 1st page of apps?

Can't change the order in the app drawer just yet as far as I know...

Is the OP talking about the App Drawer or the Home Screen?

App Drawer - No way to reorder that
Home Screen(s) Long Press then slide to edge, they will jump to the next screen....

If you use dxTop, you can arrange the App drawer into catagories, then put them where you want them to be.

Can you rename the apk? Or will that not change how its alphabetized and/or affect functionality?

You can if rooted....not sure about how it would affect functionality....
