For some reason after rooting and putting superuser permissions on my terminal I still can't access ADB shell or put any themes on after Deodexing my Droid X 2.2 Stock Root.

Any thoughts on why it would do this? Should I reroot manually?

Not sure if any app can root the dx on 2.2 at the moment. Try it manually.

I can get the # after using SU on the terminal so I am fully rooted but I don't have ADB Shell access. It just says denied.

either your permissions are messed up or you do not truely have root. Can you use a root only app like root explorer on the phone? Try the fix permissions option on rom manager if you can. If you cant, try redoing your root manually.
