call failed in skype android pandaboard

hiii
I'm working on android panda board(gingerbread)...........I'm trying to bring up skype on android panda board(gingerbread).......I've downloaded skype 2.0.0.45 and installed..... I'm sending the call in skype .....when I'm accepting the call........then it gives.....

1. call failed in skype android panda board(gingerbread).

2.when I'm using gtalk on android panda board(gingerbread).......I've downloaded but its not installing..

any body can help me .........that how to use the skype or gtalk on android panda board(gingerbread)...

if you have any clue regarding to bring up skype or gtalk...
