Yes, quick system info pro has a one click cache cleaner that clears all cache. Once you download it go to widgets and there will be a cache cleaner.
This app has been working great for me for several weeks. This app comes with a task killer but Do Not use it. All you need to use is the quick cache cleaner widget.

Yeah atks just screw with the natural processes in android. It keeps frequently used apps in memory to make everything run smoother. Plus you might be killing an app that is just restarting to be killed again which will just suck up battery juice. I just say don't use them.
