bought a extended battery for Nexus but...

My girlfriend has a nexus and hates teh stock battery life, so i bought her a 3800ma battery for it but it doesn't seem to last any longer than the stock one.
i ahd her charge it overnight with teh phone off and that didn't seem to help.
any other ideas?

It depends on what changed in your settings when you got the battery.
If you turned the brightness up and screen time up and started using 4g etc; ofcourse its going to do that.
Mot saying that you did this lol

Yeah nothing changed. She doesn't mess with her phone much. It just didn't seem to last any longer than stock battery.
