First question is, I have an option in an app called "my settings" that is called "auto sync" which you can turn off or on. Is this simply the daily backing up of my phone?
As far as market updates or Facebook updates are concerned, I only seem to get updates from them if I power my phone off and then turn it back on. I have it set to "notify me when updates are available" but this only works if I power off/on. Does anyone else have this issue or is there a setting that I may have incorrect?
