Your phone should have reverted back to the stock s launcher. Go into settings, apps, and find s home and make it the default browser.
If that don't work maybe a fdr.

- Turn off the device.
- Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key, then press and hold the Power key.
- When the device logo screen displays, release only the Power key.
