It is not the JB update. I also received mine, I updated it manually by checking for updates.

For some reason it keeps failing to install. Any ideas?

Mine kept failing also. I had to install the original modem as I had flashed the modem I found on XDA. After I flashed back, OTA installed without a hitch.

I assume your rooted right? And it installed ok and you didnt lose root?
