Anyone else having these issues?

This thread makes me laugh... reason... I switched to go launcher cause I thought stock launcher didn't rotate...lol now I know it just takes forever but does do it. Wow... that's what I call a lag.

Rotation is fine on my. It was an original concern of mine.

HOWEVER my text input is pretty laggy! super annoying. I'm sure itll be worked out.

The fact that it sounds like a hit or miss problem makes me wonder if it's something that will be fixed in the next update. The rotation issue is something I could live with if I had to but the text input in Gmail is virtually useless.

I'm holding off on customizing my phone until I know whether or not I'll need to return it for a new one.

I had laggy text on my keyboard, might still have it but not sure. I found an app using a large % of my battery, so I uninstalled it (the paid version) and reinstalled the free version. So far the keyboard lag is gone, and tonight I will check my battery stats and see if the battery usage is back to normal.

You may have an app running wild which is causing the keyboard lag.
