I had to call verizon because I couldn't get the dialpad to come up on my phone, anyway, they talked me through a factory reset and now I can't hear when I am on the phone. I have to filp the phone over to the back side and put that speaker up to my ear????

Tap the “Speakerphone” button on the dialer pad during a call.

Maybe it did and switched you back from speakerphone mode (which seems to be the case) to normal?..

I've had this issue also, the call volume being extremely low, and speakerphone not working at all. I tried toggling voice privacy off, to no avail, so I rebooted and volume returned to normal along with speakerphone. Give it a shot see if it works for you.

This is a known issue with all D2G Blur roms (2.4.x). The only known fix is listed above this post (I.e. reboot)
