I rock a S-Line TPU case, but have forgone the Screen Protector due to them not covering everything due to the curved glass. I keep hoping for the end all SP that will cover the entire phone, but i am beginning to think i am waiting for a pipe dream. Not interested in wet applications. My case keeps the screen from hitting the table when i lay it down because of the raised edges. My real questions is outside of avoiding scratches, what will a SP do?
Meaning if the phone drops and somehow lands on the screen first, perhaps hitting a rock or something, will a SP keep it from breaking?
Has anyone had a phone break while using a SP?
Has anyone seen any videos or anything demonstrating say, "a phone hit with a small hammer or something," and surviving because of the SP?
