    KNOX Notification Manager V1.0

Knox notification manager force stop works for me. If the phone is rebooted you need to force stop again.
go to Settings / Application Manager / All , you will see 2 Knox applications 1 is version 1.0 the other is version 3.0 this might be the problem.

Anyone find a permanent fix for this yet?

No permanent fixes that I've seen.

Now, if one is rooted, the following link has some suggestions to try. This disables KNOX security, which should be OK if one is not on an enterprise.

DroidViews | How to Disable KNOX Security Service on Samsung Galaxy Devices

If you try the above, you do so at your own risk.

Looks like that "fix" is hit or miss as a permanent solution. The dialog box came back for Aquaholic.

There were two Knox apps showing under apps on my phone. I force stopped them both 2 days ago and haven't seen the message pop up again since

Yes, nothing, kept doing it. Try updating the policy - says you are already up to date.
