Am I missing anything from the 2.2 OTA?

Ok, so I have a rooted D1, and it has been that way for months. I just recently got the 2.2 update notification to my phone, and of course it got blocked because the phone is rooted. Am I missing anything if I stick with the rooted 2.2 instead of the stock 2.2 OTA?

I apologize if this is a repost, but I did a search and didn't see an answer that would cover this. If I missed the answer, I apologize.

This depends on what ROM you are using. Are you using a built from source ROM like Sapphire 1.0 or CM 6.0? If you are not using a built from source ROM then yes you will be missing little features from 2.2 but the overall experience wont differ that much.

Currently running CM6.0 (not RC3) so I guess I'm not missing out on anything. Thanks for the info.

Would it be worth downloading the baseband update? I get pretty good service as it is, I'm under the impression that doing the baseband is supposed to give you better service?
