Am I fast charging?

When charging my 6P running Nougat, does the 6P indicate that it is "fast charging"?

Is this a rhetorical question? If you are using the fast charger your 6P will show "Fast charging".

Your charger needs to have at least 15w(5v x 3a) to fast charge.

Yes. It should say "Charging Rapidly" or something like that towards the bottom of the lock screen.

Thanks very much, Mustang and Jonny Kansas. And, no, Mustang, my question was not rhetorical. I don't lock my phone , so no lock screen! I guess that's why I've never seen the 'charging rapidly' notification...

On my Note4 it shows up in the pull down notification bar when I pull it down while fast charging . I too use no lock screen.

Doesn't show on the pulldown notification bar on my 6P. I'm pretty sure that I AM rapid charging, since I purchased the charger/cable directly from Google...but, it still would be nice to be able to visually verify that.
