After I read ~230 pages on the 2.1 update here's the breakdown

In no particular order

Home screes 3
pinch to zoom
talk to text
~midnight and AM release times
new Gallery
no flash (coming from Adobe)
if you are roaming you need a WiFi connection (per Verizon site) to install
roll out is completely random
install might take 20+ minutes

and LAST
I probably won't get the update until the last roll out............

It's only a 15 MB file, why not just force the update? It is honestly pretty easy and can be done in a matter of minutes.

Wow you read all those pages. What did you expect to find LOL.. this was not a huge update. But anywho you should be a expert now.
