ADB Issue: Mot Composite Vs. Android Composite

I am having difficulty gettign the ADB software to work. I plugged my phone in and it automatically installed the motorla software. However, in device manager, it shows up as Mot composite adb interface rather than android. I have it set to USB debugging and mass storage mode.
