Act 1 video problem

My wife sent me a video from her phone (an older model Moto texting phone) and it will not play on Act 1. It gives an error, (1,-4) I believe. Anybody else have a problem like this?

I don't use the app and don't know what the error code means but it's possible that the video format isn't supported.

Hmmm haven't encountered that error yet. Try contacting the dev he's pretty good with responses.

I read in the help file that most phones use the same coding for video thats why I am surprised I couldn't view the video especially since it was recorded on another Moto phone.... I am going to send the dev an email tonight after work..

Do you have any other video/media players that you like or would recommend?
