X OS Operating System Problems

I updated to the new OS when prompted. It seems everything is running slower now. It takes several seconds after I select something for a response. The delay is driving me crazy (and making me miss pictures to boot). Has anyone else experienced this? Can I go back to the old OS? I liked that one just fine!

You can go back to the old OS (Froyo) with an SBF (Google search sbf droid x how to) or you can stay on Gingerbread and fix the slowness by clearing the system cache and doing a factory reset. Both of these will require you to start from scratch so backup anything you don't want to lose. the contents of your sd card won't be touched
