Win7 no driver?

installing drivers w/ usb debug turned off didnt help, my pc still does not recognize my device, drivers fail to install no matter what i do.

Well I can tell you that it's not the ROM or Win7 64Bit

I am running both and all I had to do was turn off debugging and install the drivers from moto.

I would either try another cable, another USB port or reflashing your phone.
