Between jelly bean and ice cream sandwich? You can watch comparison videos on YouTube. I think it's very similar except jb is supposed to be a lot smoother (like butter) and response time is faster. Just an overall more refined feel.

Jb is smoother, it multi tasks better. You'll notice that there's a lot of ics in jb. I love jb on my nexus7. It has a few differences... not a lot.
