will not ring

hello all, Razr Maxx goes straight to voicemail, does not ring or record missed call number. first trip back to store, they found it set to global. didnt help.second trip, turn on data because it can conflict with service when off.still does not ring. android version 4.0.4. any idea's?:angry:

Happens to mine too. Sometimes rings and most of the time doesn't. Using it on a GSM network.
