Won't ring

Since ICS my Razr Maxx won't ring if I'm doing something else on the phone, ie on the browser, Facebook,etc. I'll be doing something then suddenly I get a Voicemail alert, but the phone never rang. Does fine if phone is not being used. Any ideas?
