WiFi not turning off

I got my phone on the 18th from a corporate vzw store. Today I noticed that even though I have wifi turned off that it is still showing up as eating the battery. Is anyone else having this problem? Attached is a screenshot of battery use during that time I havn't had wi-fi turned on at all.View attachment 57496

Skier, click on the graph in the battery status chart and also where it shows the Wi-Fi percentage to see how much it shows it is activated. Looks like this...

You have to go into smart actions and turn location services off. Smart actions uses wifi for location services instead of what the phone provides.
