Sorry if my question has been asked 40 times, ( I have read alot of the replys and questions here and i'm somewhat confused)

1. Is there a way to still use the Pattern lock and disable the default swipe, so that you only use Widgetlockers swipe and go striaght to Pattern lock or Pin lock??

2. If not do you plan on adding a pattern lock or pin lock to Widgetlocker and then everyone can just disable the stock lock and swipe, if thats possible?

Are you saying when you swipe to unlock on WidgetLocker you still have to swipe to unlock on the stock 2.2 lockscreen? Therefore, you have to swipe to unlock twice?

Correct. If you have pattern unlock enabled on Droid X 2.2 (froyo) with widgetlocker, then you need to do the following:

1) swipe to unlock on widgetlocker
2) swipe to unlock on stock lockscreen
3) do pattern to unlock on stock pattern lockscreen

Would be nice to have a patternlock-only option in widgetlocker. (i.e. - Just have to do #3 above)

So I didn't like Widgetlocker and decided to uninstall it. I am still receiving duplicate text message notifications in the status bar which I have never had in the past.

I can't find any running services or installed programs that is causing this notification icon to appear in my status bar. I never had it until I installed Widgetlocker. It is a picture of an envelope and says "New Message(s)" and nothing happens when I press it.

Any ideas? This is driving me crazy.

I'm having a problem with Widgetlocker maybe someone has experienced. When I hit the power button to turn off the screen, the screen keeps turning on. Anyone have this issue. I've had to disable Widgetlocker because of this.

Anyone? I'd really love to start using this again.

I seen a few people ask for a way to wake the phone with camera button. I bought switchpro widget, it has up to 8 configurable buttons. One is to remove the lock slider, when it does so it also makes the phone wake with all buttons.

If you are still working on that to be added to this maybe you can look at how they coded it in switchpro widget.

Its the bottom widget on here. I themed mine to match TheBower's Black N bold theme. That is why I set mine to only 5 buttons and placed right under the system widget.

EDIT: it also has a flashlight that you can choose to use led's
here's how mine is setup. there's lots to choose from when setting all the buttons
Its also a paid app but in my opinion is well worth it.
1.battery status 2. auto rotate 3.auto unlock 4.flashlight 5.planemode

I set up my dialer on one custom slider and handcent on the opposite. sometimes when I slide either one, instead of it going to the app, it goes to the original droid unlock screen. once I unlock that, THEN the app pops up.

anyway to bypass this?

basically I want my phone to work like this:

you can't do ANYTHING unless you use a slider, but once you use a slider, you don't have to use another one!

Direct Dial

I would like to put a direct dial on the lockscreen. I have Droid X, Launcher Pro Plus, and widget locker. I am unable to do this because od froyo 2.2. I am not able to resize the direct dial widget on the lockscreen to be able to add the direct dial short cut. I see on some of the other post you are aware of this. Just wondering when or if it is possible for a fix?

Easy wake problem on dx

I cannot seem to disable the easy wake function on my droid x

.checked or unchecked any button wakes my phone to my lockscreen.

Please help.

I really like widget locker but I'm draining my battery when I hit buttons in my pocket.

*I've found out if I have a pattern/pin lock on it disables the easy wake function BUT in return I get the stock unlock screen after I disable widget locker....... So a fix for the easy wake OR the stock unlock screen before pattern/pin lock would help. Hopefully there's a way around both.

Kevin. My problem is that I want GO SMS's popup to stay open for longer than 2 seconds like it currently does. Any way can allow this popup to stay active and on top for, say 15 seconds?

For those having problems, I suggest an uninstall-re-install.

It works for me.
